Kent and Sandra Younger are Founders of AOE. Kent is a certified teacher, head boys tennis coach and certified administrator for Deer Valley Unified School District currently working at Sandra Day O'Connor High School.
Sandra is an Activities Director and International Student Coordinator for Educatius. Both are the blessed parents of six children. They created AOE to invite all participants to engage in outdoor adventures that build skills, lasting memories, and relationships through adventurous outdoor camp experiences.
Each camp offers:

Once you have filled out this form a registration packet will be E-mailed to you in early June. Please complete packet and return. Payment will be made using pay pal on this page in the left column or sending a check to Arizona Outdoor Experience. $150 is non- refundable. Refund requests and all balances due must be made no later than 2 weeks before the start of camp. Once payment and all forms are complete a spot in camp is reserved.

Discount for siblings/recruits: $35 off each additional
child or you can receive $35 off your 5 day camp fee for each friend you recruit that registers/attends any 5 day camps.
Early Registration for Summer Adventure Camp 2018 is now available! Go to the above form on this page and fill out the registration information for your camper and submit. Come back to this page and use the PayPal button to make the $150 Deposit above. Your spot is then reserved. Entire camp payment is due 2 weeks prior to camp start.
AOE Provides: transportation for all camps to and from the Sonoran Foothills Community Center parking lot.
AOE Provides: t-shirt, meals, necessary outdoor gear. Campers Provide: lunch for first day, clothing, sleeping bag, cots, pillows, and personal items (list will be provided). Campers may use their own gear but are responsible!

On Site Training provided for Ages 14-17 who have previously attended 2 Camps and want to work with campers to serve, teach, and lead or guide.

Monday: 8am Departure, Orientation, Hiking, Night Game
Tuesday: Wildlife ID, Survival Skill, Paintball Target Shoot, Return 4pm
3 Day Camp:
Wednesday: 8am Departure, Orientation, Hiking and Night Game
Thursday: Paintball Target Shoot, Crayfish or Fishing, Kayaking
Friday: Wildlife ID, Survival Skills, Games, Return by 4pm

Daily Activities for Intermediate/Advanced Camp
5 Day Camp:
Monday: 8am Depart for Camp, Orientation & Rules, Shotgun
Tuesday: Flagstaff Extreme Ropes, Rifle or Paintball Target Shooting
Wednesday: Kayaking and Fishing Lake Day, Archery, Night Game
Thursday: Carving or whittling, Camp Games or Wildlife Activities
Friday: Survival Skills, Departure for Phoenix, back by 4 pm
